Architecture tend to build small houses and a standard with a simple layout that can be modified and adapted in the future given the new requirements. Most of them work under an open inner space, bounded by the outer wall and only divided by parts of the load bearing structure.

Oh, the design of the house is really beautiful! If this model house would be one of the future homes, it would definitely benefit a lot of people and as well the environment. It is nice that most architectures today have been started developing to be eco-friendly.
